I haven't been as structured as before the holidays, but Mike and I have been working out pretty regularly. It's actually the diet part that I've been most lax on. And my waist line is showing it.
The tale of the tape for today:
Body Fat Percentage: 18
Upper Arm: 16.5
All in all, I haven't totally lost it. Shouldn't take much to get back to where I was and exceed it. I'm toying with the idea of starting the P90X workout. It looks pretty darn intense. Working out every day and sometimes more than once a day? Wow.
For today, Mike and I will be hitting our leg workout. Tomorrow, I have a crazy arm blow-out scheduled. It's not part of our normal routine. I just feel like my arms have plateaued and I want to wake them up. We'll be doing drop-supersets until we just can't lift anything else. It's one of those times where, if we were working out in a gym, you feel all embarassed when someone walks in and you're screaming trying to curl 5lbs (after having lifted 45lbs-10lbs in 5lb increments). Good stuff! Looking forward to it! We won't be able to use our arms the rest of the day! :-D
I'm going to try to just blog on here more regularly than every 6 weeks like before. Gotta be more to this than just measurements! I'll also try to get Mike more involved! :-)
